Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans chickpeas, drained
  • ¼-⅓ cup guacamole
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (or more to taste)
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mash the chickpeas slightly with a fork so they stick together.
  • Mix the spices into the mashed chickpeas.
  • Stir the guacamole in. Add more if you want creamier sandwich filling.
  • Serve on toasted bread or on a bun.
