2 cans chickpeas, drained ¼-⅓ cup guacamole 1 tbsp hot sauce (or more to taste) 1 tbsp garlic, minced 1 tsp paprika salt and pepper to taste
Mash the chickpeas slightly with a fork so they stick together.
Mix the spices into the mashed chickpeas.
Stir the guacamole in. Add more if you want creamier sandwich filling.
Serve on toasted bread or on a bun.
