juice of half a lime

Instructions
In a
medium bowl
, mash the avocado alone.
In a separate
bowl
combine the chopped cilantro, lime juice, onion, jalapeno, and salt. Mix well so salt is well incorporated.
With a
spatula
, fold the cilantro mix into the mashed avocado.
Eat fresh, it is best before it starts to brown.
Notes
Other add ins that are good but optional are pomegranate seeds, cayenne powder or even a dollop of Greek yogurt.
