Salad Dressing

balsamic vinegar

Instructions
Chop the onion and figs.
In a large bowl, mix together the arugula, pecans, chopped onions and feta.
Stir together the salad dressing ingredients and drizzle over the arugula mix.
Once mixed well, top with the figs, lightly stir to incorporate and serve!
Notes
This is a meal-sized salad. Feel free to reduce the portions and serve as an appetizer or side dish.
