I’ve come a long way with this site, and wanted to share my 10 favorite vegan recipes. We’ve been so busy putting together new recipes that sometimes we forget our favorites when pondering what to have for dinner or what to plan for meal prep each week. When I started scrolling through all of my recipes from when this site started, I realized there are quite a few that we made a lot at the time and then they fell to the wayside. This post is not just for you, but for me to reference later as well – a list of 10 favorite vegan recipes.

10 Favorite Vegan Recipes

1. Roasted Broccoli, Chickpeas, and Quinoa Buddha Bowl

This recipe has been our ALL TIME favorite. Not only in my house, but my mom, and even my sister likes it. I’ve shared it on social media and this definitely is one that gets some traction. I’d put this in my top three favorite recipes!

2. Quinoa Black Bean Taco Filling

This is a recipe that I think we ate almost everyday for a month. It’s healthy but it’s also one that tastes like soul food a bit. It’s also quite versatile, used in tacos, nacho topping, or even in burritos. Have a lovely taco bar and use this for your vegan friends.

3. Aloo Mutter

Aloo mutter is a delicious vegan Indian curried peas and potatoes dish that is found in most Indian buffets. They are delicious and packed with protein. It goest great with flatbread and sure to impress.

4. Best Vegan Lentil and Bean Salsa Chili

This is great year-round, but especially in the colder months. It’s hearty but the salsa flavor comes through. If you need an easy meal or something to bring to your next chili cook-off, try this one out! You won’t be sorry.

5. Roasted Creamy Tomato Basil Soup

This is one of the best tomato basil soup recipes you’ll find! It’s vegan, creamy, and delicious. Warm up on a cool autumn night, or really anytime, with this one! It’s great for meal prep, and it can frozen for future use.

6. Vegan Thai Salad with Peanut Sauce

This salad reminds me of my favorite pizza from a local pizza shop that is SO good. I haven’t ever had anything like it, but this salad is a healthier vegan alternative. It’s a great hearty salad that will keep you full.

7. Vegan Friendly Moist Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

I don’t know if there’s a more dense and moist chocolate chip banana bread recipe out there. This one is so great, its hard to tell if it’s more appropriate at breakfast or dessert. this likely won’t make it for more than a day in your house once people try it.

8. Copycat Caribou Coffee Iced Crafted Press 

This is still to this day, my favorite coffee drink. While Starbucks makes a good cold brew, when made right, this one takes the cake. It can be made vegan using cashew cream, and it’s so delicious! Get your morning buzz with something simply delicious.

9. Vegan Sweet Potato Muffins

These sweet potato muffins are easy to make, packed with healthy fiber and protein, and can be customized to your tastebuds. Whether it be peanut butter chocolate chip, nuts, or coconut, you won’t be bored or disappointed with these.

10. Blueberry Banana Chocolate Chip Baked Oatmeal

This baked oatmeal is one that I like to use to impress when we have house guests. It’s packed with fruit, fiber, and low sugar compared to most typical oatmeal recipes. You can use steel cut oats to increase protein and fiber as well. Make this up for a weekend brunch or meal prep breakfast for the weeks.

Many of these recipes use a high-powered blender. This is my favorite, and worth every penny!
