Fall has all sorts of flavors and amazing sorts of flavors. Pumpkin, apple, squash, cinnamon, soups, chili, and all the delicious flavors that remind of the season. Cinnamon, apples, pumpkin, squash, tomato, cabbage, carrots, and so many more. Although I’m definitely a sweet tooth, I also love a good salad or bowl of soup packed with fresh fall harvest. This post of healthy and delicious fall recipes that are vegan features some of my favorites from breakfast to dessert.

12. Vegan Sweet Potato Mash Breakfast Bowl

Mashed sweet potatoes are a great alternative to chia pudding or oatmeal. It’s great to make ahead of time and have ready in the fridge. Top it with any of your favorite toppings (blueberries, coconut, mixed seeds or nuts, peanut butter, chocolate, banana, chopped apples).
